Q: Does Attire*4less have a retail store?
A: Yes. You can find our ladies consignment boutique, Classy Closet, in Monroe, NC. We feature many things that aren't listed on this website in the store & also a larger selection on eBay under the seller name Attire*4less. You may combine your purchases from both websites.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: Currently, we are only able to accept your secure Visa, Mastercard or e-Check through Paypal to email@example.com.. We also accept money orders & cashier's checks. Payment is expected within 7 days.
Q: What should I expect once I place an online order?
A: Once you submit your order, we will e-mail you confirming that we have received your order. We will e-mail you a second time notifying you that your order has been shipped from our fulfillment office.
Q: Where is my order?
A: All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail, unless we notify you that the size of your order requires use of FEDEX. Please allow 10 days from the time we notify you that your item has shipped before you email us for tracking information. Most items arrive in less than 5 days ; but the US Postal Service is known to occasionally take longer. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days from shipment date if within the US. US shipping takes place Monday through Friday. International shipments are made twice weekly. Combine multiple items per order for an additional $1.50 each item. Most expensive shipping rate applies first.
Q: Do you ship Internationally. Yes, please email us for exact quotes for countries other than Canada. Please ad $2 to the US price for Canadian shipments. International buyers, please know that due to the large volume of International shipments we do, your package will declare the amount paid for your goods, excluding shipping costs & will be subject to your countries' taxes /or tarrifs.
Q: Do you have a return policy? A: Since we provide measurements on all of our clothing, sales are final unless we have mismeasured something or left out an obvious flaw. Please do not rely soley on the tag size as they vary amoung designers. Please email us with issues prior to making a return. We will then provide return instructions. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will return your payment.
Q: How do I find the right size? A: Compare the measurements provided against something you own that is similar. Measurements taken of the clothing will not match your actual measurement. You must allow some room for the proper fit. All items are described as accurately as possible.
Q: Are these clothes new or previously owned? A: All garments are in excellent pre-owned condition unless otherwise stated as new. My home is a smoke & pet-free environment, however, I can not guarantee that the previous owner was smoke or pet-free too. I will mention if I notice any odors. We freshly launder our machine washable items, unless the item requires dry cleaning. It is recommended you do this before wearing your garment. All items are pressed prior to having their photo taken, but certain types of fabric will be more prone to become wrinkled from storage or shipping. Most all fabric will require wrinkle removal prior to wearing the item.
